Hi There, Iv's just clean installed WIndows 7 on my new computer which had XP on it, and hal 6.2 will not activate. I click on "I have already purchased Ultra Hal assistant 6.0 and wish to activate this product" and then get the error message "The activation code you requested does not match this machine..." I know I've probably activated it too many times:) sorry for the trouble Thanks for the help, Kevin

kevinvr, I'd try writing directly to Mr M. directly. Not sure how often he gets a chance to read the forum, he's generaly nice about making changes so you can reactivate Hal. I remember him saying Hal will work with Win 7, not sure if you'll need the latest updates, Mr M. will know. Carl2
